Last night, we premiered the finished product from our camp in Lodi back in March. The campers had the full red-carpet experience-- limos to the venue, photos on the step and repeat, and a packed house of over 500 attendees!
The theme for this camp was “The Bizarre Zone,” an Inclusion Films take on The Twilight Zone. The twist was that students had to incorporate objects related to technology and math into their script to represent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) in film and media. Based on the films we saw, AI robots were the big hit of the night!
This camp followed a full inclusion model as well, bringing together students with developmental disabilities as well as those without disabilities.
We’ll be back in Lodi in a few weeks developing a very special film and media campaign around kindness with our friends at the Lodi Unified School District.
